We use Yunnei engine for this loader. Many developing countries do not currently have strict requirements on engine emissions. Therefore, for export to Southeast Asia, we use Yunnei engines. The turning radius is small and the steering is flexible; suitable for operating in tight spaces.

A 25% increase in lift total cycling time and a 40-45km/h travel speed will allow the operator to be more productive.

While the enhanced structure parts such as bucket link,bell crane,steering pin, tiger head lift arm basement provides provides solid and durability when the loader is working under tough conditions.

Service brake control adopts the double-booster pump air over caliper disc brake, which has the characteristics of great brake power, convenient dismantling, safety and reliability.

4.Production lines of MCLLROY Wheel Loader

A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection

Steel plate cutting:

The cutting of the steel plate is closely related to the drawing design, workers' technique and cutting equipment.

Normally there are three types of cutting machines, you can see from the pictures here.

Flame cutting is used for iron plates over 40mm thick.

While plasma cutting is for steel plate that in between 20-40mm.

Laser cutting is for steel plate between 8-20mm.

It is great for cutting that requires high precision. For example, cutting steel components for bumper, hood, and driver's cab. The advantages of laser cutting are: low temperature, so the plate is not likely deformed; the disadvantage is that it consumes a lot of power.

When the steel sheet is uneven or the cutting speed is not steady, a melting point or break-point will form; so during the cutting process, workers need to go back and forth to check.
