A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection

Assembly:

Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.

Second step is to connect the engine and gearbox together, install drive shafts, add engine lubricant. oil, connect the pipeline of working pump and walking pump.

At this point ,don't forget to apply sealant on working pumps and walking pumps , apply oil seals, tighten screws, to ensure there will be no oil leaking; adding engine lubricant. oil is important (there are winter lubricant. oil and summer lubricant. oil, the oil suitable for winter is relatively thin, the oil used in summer is relatively thick ).
