Assembly:

Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.

The sixth step of assembly:

Install cylinder liner for boom, tilt arm and pull rod, install lifting and tilting cylinder, install pull rod and boom. And then use crane to connect the working part to the loader body, connect the pipeline.

There are many sleeves and pins involved in this step.

The connection between the boom, tilt arm and cylinder must rely on the sleeve and the pin, and the connection part should not be too loose or too tight. Then what is suitable? The diameter of the arm hole in the boom is 10 centimeter larger than the outer diameter of the sleeve.

our worker must use a lot of effort here. When they smash the pin with a rubber hammer, pay attention not to damage the parts and welded joints.

we will also put a circle of flower cap bolts outside the pin of the middle arm to reinforce the pin. This is a unique design of our product. Remember the articulated bearing? This flower cap is also used in articulated bearings. It is mainly used in places with high stress and easy to wear.
