A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection

Assembly:

Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.

The seventh step of assembly:

Install tires and lighting, connect the wires, add cooling water, start the engine and test the exhaust pipe. Install air-con, exhaust air from brake caliper, and then install bucket.

Workers need to check whether there is short circuit; see if the fuse has burned out traces, before the testing, see if all the pressure meters work normally; if customer is using the loader with low temperature (0 degrees or below), add anti-freeze into the water tank. A total of 4 people are required in this step.
