Assembly:

Our factory has arranged seven steps for the assembly process, and with over a thousand parts in a loader, I will now elaborate on the assembly of the major components.

During the seventh step of assembly, the following tasks are completed: The tires and lighting are installed, and the wires are connected. Then, cooling water is added, and the engine is started to test the exhaust pipe. Air-con is installed, and the air is exhausted from the brake caliper, followed by the installation of the bucket.

Before testing, the workers need to check whether there is a short circuit and if the fuse has burnt out traces. They also need to see if all the pressure meters work normally. If the customer uses the loader in low temperatures (0 degrees or below), antifreeze is added to the water tank.

This step requires a total of four people to complete.
