The main components of the loader are used brand-name manufacturer's products, interchangeability of good, reliable, well-resourced parts.

2) Frame:The thickened frame has strong impact resistance and remarkable passing performance, enabling the loader to pass unimpeded in the difficult working environment.

3) Cab:Large space in the H-series cab The low-noise and shock-absorbing cab

4) The brake caliper is exposed to facilitate servicing.

5) The bucket with high wear-resistant material even is used for stone.

4.Production lines:

A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection

Assembly:

Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.

The fifth step of assembly:Install the cab floor on the loader, connect the hydraulic oil pipe to radiator, install oil tanks, steering oil tank and pipeline, install driver's cab bumper, connect battery to electric system, add diesel and hydraulic oil, and then install engine hood, install air filter, diesel filter, silencer, install engine throttle cable, flame-out cable, install handbrake cable.

The hydraulic oil pipeline is connected at this step, then screws and clamps needed to be tighten here.

There must not be oil leaks after installation of pipeline. Our workers will make a mark to remind themselves which pipe has been installed, and this can prevent subsequent malicious reports or after-sales disputes.

Here is the mark made by our worker after pipeline is connected. If someone in next step try to deliberately loosen the screw, resulting in oil leakage from the pipes, then this mark will be misaligned. In the after-sales process, we will also encounter some customers who unscrewed the pipeline screws without notice, and finally complained that there is a problem with the product and the tubing is leaking. At this time, this mark can address the problem. Because of the screw that was loosened twice, this marking line will be misaligned.

The installation in this step is more complicated, so there are 4 workers.
