Description

Marine oil separator is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from fuel oil, lubricating oil and other mineral oil in marine diesel engine unit and land-used diesel generator unit of power station so as to reduce wear of the diesel engine and other machine, and prolong engine life.

The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove small amount of solid particle from liquid.It is divided into 2phase solid-liquid separator and oi-water-impurity 3phase separator.They are workable in land and ship,we have the CCS certificate to certify its function and usage.

Specifications 

The safety valves AF-E50/0.8 and AF-E80/0.8 of the thin oil station are applicable to the thin oil lubrication system with working pressures of 0.5MPa and 0.8MPa. After the overflow pressure is set, the pressure of the system will not be overloaded, so as to ensure the safety of the system

The viscosity grade applicable to the working medium is N22~N460. For small diameter (DN ≤ 40), adjust the pressure with adjusting bolts

For large diameter (DN50~100), use the hand wheel to adjust the pressure.
