Precautions for use of hydraulic system

2. Before starting, please confirm whether the hydraulic oil is properly filled, and judge according to the liquid level indication height on the hydraulic oil tank.
3. After the motor wiring is completed, please jog the control motor to confirm that the motor can only be started to adjust the pressure when it rotates clockwise. Please follow the starting zero pressure for pressure adjustment. If there is no oil leakage at the oil circuit connector, increase the system pressure in turn.
4. Maintenance. Check the hydraulic control components and actuating components regularly, and check the hydraulic oil is also very important.
The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system shall be replaced according to the frequency of use. If the frequency of use is high, it is better to replace the hydraulic oil every half a year.
