Operation Procedure
Hot melt socket insertion mode (mainly used for small-caliber thin-wall pipe)
1. Cut the pipe so that the end face is perpendicular to the axis; Wipe the dirt on the surface of the pipe and connector and mark the insertion length.
2. Use a rotary scraper to scrape off the oxide layer on the surface of the pipe
3. After heating to the specified time, quickly connect the pipe and fittings without rotation, and do not move them within 15 seconds for natural cooling.
4. Set the heating temperature of the hot melt machine, insert the pipes and fittings vertically into the hot melt machine mold without rotation for heating.
