One One Locking Mechanism Anterior Cervical Plate System Large Angle Design
It can be used for anterior fixation of cervical spine in operations such as cervical degenerative disease, cervical trauma, dislocation, and removal of cervical tumor focus
Product Design
- ACP Screw
Large angle design is convenient for operators to operate on patients with upper cervical vertebra
Flexible selection of adjustable angle and fixed angle screws to achieve multimode fixation
The cancellous bone thread increases the holding force of the screw and is more stable
Self-holding function of screw, convenient for taking and holding screws
- ACP Plate
Large observation window, visual operation, convenient for observation of intervertebral bone graft
The circular edge design of the plate makes it fit more closely with the vertebral body, with lower profile, avoiding irritation to the soft tissue, and avoiding postoperative dysphagia and other complications.
Design of pin holes, used for temporary fixation of plate, convenient for intraoperative fluoroscopy, drilling and placing screw
- One-one Locking Mechanism
The locking structure of each screw works independently to avoid mutual interference, and the locking state is more stable
Curved interface, increases the contact area between wrench and interface to avoid screw stripped
- Complete specifications
Plate with 4 to 10 holes can be selected to meet the needs of multiple segmental surgery
Small length increment to meet the needs of different types of patients
Product Features
- Multiple Fixed Modes, Providing Multiple Choices
Adjustable angle screw and fixed angle screw can be flexibly matched to realize various fixed modes such as constrained mode and semi-constrained mode.
- Low Profile Design to Avoid Postoperative Complications
The arc edge design of the plate makes it fit more closely with the vertebral body, with lower profile, avoiding irritation to the soft tissue, and avoiding postoperative dysphagia and other complications.
- Safer and More Stable
The independent locking mechanism makes the locking state of the screw more stable and safer.
The cancellous thread enhances the holding force of the screw and forms a locking state through extrusion, which is more stable.
Indications
- Cervical Degenerative Disease
In the surgical treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, anterior fixation after decompression of the compression site
- Trauma, Fracture, Dislocation
Used for anterior fixation of fractured vertebral body and dislocation patients after reduction
- Tumor
Used for anterior vertebral body fixation after removing the vertebral body focus in patients with vertebral body tumors
- Infection
Anterior fixation for patients with cervical vertebra infection after anterior vertebral body infection focus removal
Contraindications
- Patients who are not suitable for internal fixation, such as local structural damage or serious deformity
- Patients with severe osteoporosis
- Patients not suitable for anterior cervical decompression
