Main Application

The machine is mainly used for inspecting surface impurities,appearance defects (see “Main Inspection Items” for more details),powder content and airtightness of moulded and tubed vials freeze-dried powder.

Work Process

The products        Convoyed by belt, then transmitted from worm wheel for separation to infeed star-wheel, inspection turnplate, outfeed transmission star-wheel etc. for online inspection at inspection stations. The products will be transmitted separately to the corresponding tray by outfeed star-wheel control 

Main Inspection Items

Three inspection items including surface impurities, appearance defects, airtightness; at least 1 inspection station for each inspection item; specific inspection items corresponding to each station and distribution area of bottle shown as figure 2:

Full servo control: the whole machine adopts full servo motor drive with compact structure and stable transmission, which can effectively reduce broken bottles in mechanical transmission.

Flexible inspection: all specifications adopt pin hole design, while the plate adopts lifting design, making it more convenient and easy to replace.

Audit tracking: 3-4 levels of user rights is set in the software, and the operation rights of different users can be customized; All data such as user’s operations, parameter modification, production data etc. are traceable.
