Main application

Inspection Process
The medicine is transported through the track (the curling edge is on the top and the cone head cap is on the bottom), and then it is transported through the auger, and the surface quality of the curling edge and the rubber stopper is detected on the auger; down, turn the medicine 180° so that the cone head cap is on top. Then it is transported to the bottle feeding dial, and a cone head cap is arranged on the bottle feeding dial to detect the station, and the station is arranged with 3 cameras, divided into 120°; the cone head cap is detected for one circle. After passing through the inspection plate, on the inspection plate, pass the quality inspection station around the piston, and detect while rotating to ensure that all one circle is detected. Then go through three sets of foreign body detection stations to detect the foreign body and liquid level inside the liquid medicine; then out of the bottle, with the cooperation of the bottle out auger and the fence, turn the medicine 180 degrees so that the conical head cap is down, and then pass through the separation process.
