Main mechanical configuration
1. Full servo drive, high running precision;
2. The servo bottle and brake are used, without mechanical wear; the rotation start angle and stop angle can be set according to the formula.
3. 60 screw bottle heads, divided into 20 groups, three in each group, each group is driven by a servo motor;
4. The patented bottle clamping method is adopted to ensure that the medicine bottle is well centered and the bottle will not produce air bubbles.
5. The waste is removed by vacuum suction, which is divided into three channels, and the qualified and unqualified products are in different directions to prevent confusion.
6. Equipped with 17 German basler cameras and 2 Advantech industrial computers.
7. The reducer matched with the servo motor adopts the planetary reducer, which has high running accuracy and is maintenance-free.
