General Introduction

Used in pharmaceutical factory production to automatically check impurities in plastic bottles infusion. Inspected items includes: glass crumbs, hair, white powder etc and liquid level. Inspect scope: 50ml-250ml infusion in plastic bottle and glass bottle.

Technical advantages

1. The camera is used with the strip light source and the back light source at the same time to collect two independent sets of images. It has the advantages of backlight in detection of black and colored foreign objects, and background light in detection of glass, white block and cilia.

2. The bottom light is replaced by the downwardly irradiated strip light to detect light-colored foreign objects such as white blocks, cilia, glass, etc., without direct illumination of the light source, and the residual light illuminates the liquid surface, which can eliminate the light interference caused by the liquid surface jitter.
