Applications

The machine is dedicated to detect the conjoined plastic ampoule for possible liquid leak in all directions. As well as conjoined eyedrops, conjoined oral liquid etc. are available.

Work principle

Put the conjoined plastic ampoule to the interval of transporter, which would transfer the ampoule to detecting channel. There have two detecting channels(channel 1 and channel 2) which respectively detect the head ,body and bottom of ampoule; Then the ampoule reach to turn-over mechanism and be transferred to channel 3 and channel 4,which would detect the head, body and bottom on the other side of ampoule; Finally the reject unit would separate the qualified and unqualified; The qualified would be transfered to next station by conveyer bell mesh, and the unqualified would be transferred to unqualified collection device(As it would be prepared by clients, it isn’t showed on the graph as below)
