Applications

It is mainly used for the automatic inspection of visible impurity and appearance defects of mold-formed or tube-type vial of freeze-dried injection.

Working principle
This machine consist of the following main parts: bottle infeed conveying mechanism, transitional of star wheel mechanism, dial inspection mechanism, camera and light source tracking mechanism, bottle outfeed of star wheel separation mechanism, serve motor control mechanism, body and protective cover mechanism, etc.
When the bottles were pushed into the conveyor belt, the horizontal conveyor belt will transport them to the bottle infeed star wheel which will separate the bottles equidistantly and continuously transport them to the correspondent bottle rotated holder in dial inspection area. The pressure head corresponds to the bottle rotated holder will be seized by detected bottles to ensure that the pressure head, bottle and bottle rotated holder form into independent inspection unit and rotate uniformly. After entering the inspection area, while the bottles rotate up to one circle, the high-speed camera will take photos for them. The inspection consist of six stations: a capping defect inspection station, a bottom defect and visible pharmaceuticals defect inspection station, four body and pharmaceuticals detect inspection stations. If any defects existing in the inspected bottles, they can be adjudged through comparison of multiple frame image. When the bottles are transported to the outfeed star wheel, they would be released by the correspondent pressure head through the cam gear devices. Then the bottles finished inspection will enter the outfeed star wheel and be separated into qualified and unqualified by bottle eliminated mechanism.
