Features
The machine is dedicated to inspect Ampoule or vial products for possible liquid leakage. It can also inspect pinhole and cracks on those bottles.
Working principle
The bottle to be checked is separated from the left orbit to the equal separation (or screw), and then sent to the unequal pitch screw. By turning-agency, the ampoule bottle is transformed from vertical position to horizontal position. Then the four groups of detection agencies detect the four parts of the bottle, the detection part is cross -covered, and the full coverage of the bottle is completed. After the detection is completed, the bottle is then flipped from the horizontal position to the vertical position. After the detection is completed,.After the detection is completed, the bottle are sent to different storage bottle disks respectively by outfeed star wheel. All detection processes are completed.
Functional description
- Loading: Bottles are sent to infeed screw conveyor through conveying device.
- Leakage detection: while bottles running forward in screw conveyor, the bottles will be turned 90° to be horizontal, finishing leak detection and then turned 90° to be vertical.
- Unloading: if bottle is qualified, outfeed starwheel will send bottle to qualified starwheel, which will send bottle to qualified tray.
- Defect rejection: if bottle is unqualified, outfeed starwheel will send bottle to rejection starwheel, which will send bottle to rejection tray.The whole process is finished.
