Z-Zone Vial Leakage Testing Machine

Application
The machine is dedicated to inspect vial and oral liquid products for possible liquid leakage. It can inspect pinhole and cracks on those bottles.

Parameters

Functional description

1. Loading: Bottles are sent to infeed screw conveyor through conveying device.

2. Leakage detection: while bottles running forward in screw conveyor, the bottles will be turned 90° to be horizontal, finishing leak detection and then turned 90° to be vertical.

3. Unloading: if bottle is qualified, outfeed starwheel will send bottle to qualified starwheel, which will send bottle to qualified tray.

4. Defect rejection: if bottle is unqualified, outfeed starwheel will send bottle to rejection starwheel, which will send bottle to rejection tray.The whole process is finished.
