QCL series vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine
Characteristics
1. Fresh water, circulating water and compressed air applies ultra filtration technology to clean water and compressed air for cleaning, which is beneficial to improve the clarity of washing bottles.
2. High-power (600w) ultrasonic device is adopted, and the power is adjustable to achieve the best cleaning effect.
3. Adopt a conveying net belt for container in-feed, a special mold for container out –feed.
4. An independent water and air supply system is completed with each processing section, and the cleaning medium can be used circularly.
5. Adopt a patent-design tracking rinse technology for container cleaning. The needle insert the corresponding container in a way of tracking mode to rinse the inside of it, which can reduce the lost of pressure, and get a good rinsing effect.

According to the production requirements, there are various models of DGS8, DGS12, and DGS16.
Performance characteristics:
1. Straight servo tracked and irrigation synchronously, with no throwing liquid;
2. There are various control methods for mechanical and servo in the filling pump. The pump body has various forms such as metal, ceramics, and glass for different configurations for users to choose from.
3. Put the outside of the pump on the work table, the operation and maintenance are simple and convenient;
4. The irrigation needle is made of special craftsmanship of 316L materials. The needle is specially treated and designed.

Characteristics
