1. Constant pressure overflow function: In the throttling and regulating system of the quantitative pump, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. When the system pressure increases, it will reduce the flow demand. At this point, the overflow valve opens, causing excess flow to overflow back into the oil tank, ensuring that the inlet pressure of the overflow valve, i.e. the pump outlet pressure, remains constant.

2. Pressure stabilizing effect: The overflow valve is connected in series on the return oil circuit, generating back pressure and increasing the stability of the moving parts.
