When the plane of the bearing and sealing ring is worn, a 2-4mm thick oil resistant rubber ring can be placed between the sealing sleeve and the end face of the wheel hub according to the degree of wear. After installation, the sealing sleeve assembly should be able to rotate freely on the wheel hub. Additionally, a washer with an outer diameter of 100mm, an inner diameter of 85mm, and a thickness of 1.5mm can be placed between the outer ring of the bearing and the support shoulder of the sealing shell to compensate for bearing wear. When the height of the sealing sleeve is less than 32mm and the width of the bearing is less than 41mm, a new product should be replaced.
The paper pad on the supporting wheel should be intact and undamaged, with appropriate thickness
