There is a water inlet at the top of the radiator water chamber, from which cooling water is injected into the entire cooling system and covered with a radiator cap. The upper and lower water chambers are respectively equipped with inlet and outlet pipes, which are connected by rubber hoses and the outlet pipes of the cylinder head and water pump. This not only facilitates installation, but also prevents water leakage when there is a small displacement between the engine and radiator.
A shock absorber pad is usually installed below the radiator to prevent it from being damaged by vibration. There is also a drain switch on the outlet pipe of the radiator water chamber, which can drain the cooling water inside the radiator if necessary.
The radiator consists of an upper water chamber, a lower water chamber, a radiator core, etc
