This precision CNC-machined magnesium component is manufactured for applications requiring a combination of low weight, high dimensional accuracy, structural performance, and durable surface protection. The complex housing geometry, recessed features, mounting holes, ribs, and precision center bore are produced using advanced CNC machining processes to maintain consistent quality and repeatability.

After machining, the magnesium part receives PEO (Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation) surface treatment, followed by a black Cerakote protective coating. This combination provides enhanced surface protection and a high-quality black appearance while supporting demanding industrial and engineering applications.
