Utilizing high-precision 5-axis CNC milling, each housing features complex internal geometry, precise bearing bores, and thin-wall structural integrity.
To eliminate magnesium's inherent susceptibility to galvanic corrosion and environmental degradation, parts undergo a dual-layer surface treatment: Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO/MAO) produces a dense ceramic base layer for impact resistance, followed by a thin-film Cerakote ceramic topcoat for chemical resistance, UV protection, and a refined matte finish.
