PCB Type Pancake Slip Ring
PCB type pancake slip rings are constructed with a PCB-based ring and a matching brush block. They utilize the existing bearing system to achieve minimal installation height and offer a significant cost advantage in mass production.
These slip rings are ideal for power and signal transmission in mechanical systems with limited thickness requirements, such as rotating tables and seat positions. Panlink offers two standard series of PCB type units:
• PCB Type Pancake Slip Rings for Signal Transmission: Each ring is rated at 2A max, specifically designed for signal transfer or low-current applications. These units provide a smaller outer diameter and installation height.
• PCB Type Pancake Slip Rings for Power Transmission: Each ring is rated at 10A max and can transfer both power and signal. Rings can be designed on either the single side or double-sided of the PCB to achieve a thinner profile.
