- How to order?
To place an order, please provide us with the drawing and your specific requirements. Based on that, we will offer you the most competitive price. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, we will proceed with manufacturing the fixtures and deliver them to you.
- How to maintain the quality?
We use the good steel bought from the regular steel agent, all steel can have the specification sheet, and do the full dimension inspection after finished machining. ship 1 piece to customer for test before start mass production.
- What’s the CAD file format?
X-T, STP, format is fine for us.
- How about the shipment?
Small part will ship via DHL or FedEx.
Big size cargo will ship with handle by forwarder, we can deal with EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP term.
- How about the lead time?
The lead time for machining the insert of the fixtures is typically 5-10 days. However, the exact lead time may vary depending on the size and quantity of the parts you require.
