Application Guidelines
Dosage & Method
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added continuously or intermittently in the pulping tower with minimum 45 minutes reaction time.
Application parameters can be adjusted based on production system characteristics and raw material composition.
Packaging & Storage
Solid Product: 25kg/bag | Liquid Product: 30L/barrel
Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid, 12 months for liquid from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety Precautions
- Reseal containers immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
- Avoid inhalation - if exposed, rinse mouth with water for minimum 15 minutes
- Operators sensitive to enzyme dust should wear protective overalls, masks, and gloves
- In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with copious water for at least 15 minutes
