Besthway food grade Mid-temp Amylase is developed using modern genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and advanced post-process technology. This enzyme is widely applicable in baking, alcohol production, beer brewing, monosodium glutamate manufacturing, starch sugar processing, and various fermentation industries.

Product Functions
- Starch liquefaction in caramel and enzymatic monosodium glutamate production
- Liquefaction in beer production using rice and corn as auxiliary materials
- Accelerates dough rising and shortens fermentation time in flour products
Application Guidelines
Starch Liquefaction
Add 6-8U/g of mid-temperature amylase and 150 ppm calcium ion per gram of starch. Liquefy for approximately 30 minutes at 85-90℃.
Optimal dosage should be determined through experimentation based on specific process requirements.

Solid Product: 20kg/barrel
Liquid Product: 30L/barrel
Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid product, 12 months for liquid product from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety Precautions
- After opening, securely seal bags or barrels to prevent moisture and contamination
- Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes
- Enzyme-sensitive individuals should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves during operation
- If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
