Application Guidelines

Process Conditions

Temperature: 45-55℃ (optimal 50℃)

pH Range: 5.5-7.5 (optimal 6.5)

Washing Time: 15-45 minutes (longer duration improves results)

Dosage: 0.5-1.0% (on fabric weight)

Bath Ratio: 1:5-1:15

Enzyme Inactivation Methods

Raise temperature to above 80°C and maintain for 10 minutes
Adjust pH to 8-9 at temperature above 60°C for 10 minutes
Apply bleaching treatment
