Besthway Pulping Enzyme Powder & Liquid for Paper Manufacturing | pH 5.0-9.0, 30-65℃ Temperature Range
Besthway Pulping Enzyme is developed using modern genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and advanced post-processing technology. This specialized enzyme formulation effectively breaks down fiber cell walls and promotes filamentation, enabling complete water absorption and wetting while reducing energy consumption during the pulping process.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Type | Powder and Liquid |
| Main Enzyme Composition | Cellulase, Hemicellulase |
| pH Range | 5.0-9.0 |
| Temperature Range | 30℃-65℃ |
- Promotes cell wall structure loosening and increases permeability for complete fiber wetting
- Accelerates cell wall destruction and fiber filamentation while enhancing hydrogen bonding
- Reduces energy consumption during pulping operations
- Decreases proportion of long fibers for improved processing
- Enhances wet strength properties for easier copying operations
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added to hydraulic pulpers or pre-knock slurry tanks either continuously or intermittently. Minimum action time: 45 minutes.
Optimal dosage should be determined through testing based on specific process requirements and operational conditions.
Solid Product: 25kg per bag
Liquid Product: 30L per barrel
Store in dry, ventilated areas protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid product, 12 months for liquid product from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
- Seal bags or barrels tightly after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
- Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes
- Operators sensitive to enzyme dust should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
- In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
