Besthway Waste Paper Deinking Enzyme is engineered using modern genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and advanced post-processing technology. This specialized enzyme lubricates fibers, hydrolyzes grease, and facilitates ink separation from paper fibers while enhancing production efficiency.

• Hydrolyzes oil and grease to break lipid bonds in waste paper, facilitating ink separation from fibers
• Enhances deinking efficiency while reducing chemical deinking agent requirements
• Improves water filtration of deinking pulp and increases pulp strength
• Reduces chemical consumption and minimizes environmental pollution

Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added continuously or intermittently in the hydra pulper with minimum action time of 45 minutes. Dosage and application points can be adjusted based on production system and raw materials.

Store in dry, ventilated, light-protected environment at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid, 12 months for liquid from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.

• Reseal bags and tighten lids immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
• Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth with water for minimum 15 minutes
• Enzyme-sensitive personnel should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
• In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
