Besthway Waste Paper Deinking Enzyme is engineered using advanced genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and post-processing technologies. This specialized enzyme formulation lubricates fibers, hydrolyzes grease, and facilitates ink separation from paper fibers to optimize production efficiency.

  • Hydrolyzes oil and grease to break lipid bonds in waste paper
  • Enhances deinking efficiency while reducing chemical deinking agent requirements
  • Improves water filtration of deinking pulp and increases pulp strength
  • Reduces chemical consumption and environmental pollution
Application Guidelines
Dosage & Method
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added continuously or intermittently in the hydra pulper with minimum action time of 45 minutes.
Application points and quantities can be adjusted based on production systems and raw material characteristics.
Packaging & Storage
Solid: 25kg/bag | Liquid: 30L/barrel
Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months (solid) and 12 months (liquid) from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety Precautions
  • Reseal containers immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
  • Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth with water for minimum 15 minutes
  • Wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves when handling
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
