Besthway Mechanical Pulp Specialized Enzyme is engineered using advanced genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and post-processing technologies. This enzyme complex effectively breaks through fiber walls to achieve optimal water absorption and wetting, promoting fiber filamentation and softening. The result is enhanced fiber strength, separation of lignin from cellulose, reduced paper hardness, and improved pulp copying performance.

Key Functions
- Loosens cell walls to promote fiber wetting, filamentation, and enhanced bonding strength
- Degrades xylan and disrupts cellulose-lignin bonds to release lignin from mechanical pulp
- Increases pulp matrix gaps to prevent xylan secondary deposition
- Creates looser pulp structure for improved copying performance
Application Guidelines
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added continuously or intermittently in the hydro pulper with a minimum action time of 45 minutes. Dosage and application points can be adjusted based on production systems and raw materials.
Packaging & Storage
Solid: 25kg bags, Liquid: 30L barrels. Store in dry, ventilated, light-protected areas at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid, 12 months for liquid. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety Precautions
- Reseal bags and tighten lids after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
- Avoid inhalation - rinse mouth with water for 15 minutes if inhaled
- Wear protective clothing, dust masks, and gloves when handling
- Rinse skin or eyes immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes if contact occurs
