Industrial Tanning Lipase Powder & Liquid for Leather Processing | 100,000-800,000 U/g Activity | pH 2.5-11.5 Range
Besthway Tanning Lipase is developed using modern genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and advanced post-process technology. This enzyme preparation is designed for various tannery processes including degreasing, water soaking, ash soaking, softening, and can be combined with protease as needed for specific processing requirements.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Type | Powder and Liquid |

- Selectively hydrolyzes fat in leather, reducing chemical raw material usage and environmental pollution
- Ensures uniform degreasing and dye absorption with rapid, even water soaking
- Reduces swelling during ash soaking, facilitating lime and sulfide alkali dispersion
- Provides gentle, even softening to minimize leather wrinkles and clean grain surfaces
- Enhances leather softness and strength while increasing leather yield rate
For optimal results, use in combination with Besthway Tanning Protease. The recommended dosage should be determined through testing based on specific process requirements and desired outcomes.
