Besthway Waste Paper Deinking Enzyme is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It can lubricate the fiber, hydrolyze the grease, make the connection between the ink and fiber become loose, easy to separate, and improve the production process.

Product Functions

• It could hydrolyze oil and grease, make the lipid bond in waste paper break, so that the connection between ink and fiber becomes loose and easy to separate;
• It could enhance the deinking ability and reduce the dosage of deinking chemical drugs;
• It could improve the water filtration of deinking pulp and increase the strength of pulp;
• It could reduce the dosage of chemical drugs and reduce pollution.

Application Scheme

• Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg/T of paper pulp. It could be added in the hydra pulper, either continuously or intermittently. Acting time is more than 45 minutes;
• Depending on the production system and raw materials, the adding place and amount can be adjusted accordingly.

Package and Storage

Solid Product: 25kg/bag Liquid Product: 25L/barrel.

It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.

Note

• After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
• Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;
• People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
