- Catalase activity is measured using Na₂S₂O₃-KI titration method (enterprise standard)
- Residual H₂O₂ testing: Use MERCK Hydrogen peroxide test strips - immerse in sample for 1 second, compare with standard color card after 15 seconds; processing is complete when reading reaches zero
