Introduction:

The XP-2 Smoke Density Chamber is designed and manufactured according to the ASTM D2843 standard. It is mainly used for testing building products.

By detecting the loss of light transmission in the test chamber, it can measure the smoke density from burning and the decomposition of building material during the test.
Features:

The test chamber is Teflon coating, to resist the corrosion of smoke released during burning.

The light source is an incandescent lamp, and the photoelectric sensor is a silicon photodiode with a cosine calibration function.

Color filter is equipped to filter out ultraviolet light and infrared light.

The gas pressure of the main burner is 256KPA, it is subjected to flame impact on the test specimen.

The gas pressure of the auxiliary burner is 138KPA, so it can continue to burn the molten droplets.

The computer and test software are equipped.
