The SE2623L-R is a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA) designed foruse in the 2.4 GHz Industrial, Scientific,
Medical (ISM) band forwireless local area network (LAN) applications. The SE2623L-Rdevice incorporates
a power detector for closed loop monitoringof the output power.
The SE2623L-R includes a digital enable control for device on/offcontrol.
The SE2623L-R temperature-compensated power detector ishighly immune to mismatch at its output, with
less than +1.5 dBof variation with a 2:1 mismatch.
