3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module Overview
The 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module is a half-height, two-channel module designed to provide Keyphasor signals to monitor modules within a 3500 rack system. This industrial-grade component receives input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and converts them to digital Keyphasor signals that indicate when the Keyphasor mark on the shaft aligns with the Keyphasor transducer.
System Configuration Capabilities
The 3500 Machinery Protection System can accommodate up to four Keyphasor signals in standard configurations and up to eight Keyphasor signals in paired configurations, providing exceptional flexibility for complex monitoring applications.
Enhanced Performance Features
This improved 3500 system module offers expanded Keyphasor signal processing capabilities while maintaining complete downward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules. The enhanced design (PWA 149369-01) completely replaces the previous 125792-01 module. For Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) applications requiring system Keyphasor input, the 3500 system employs two Keyphasor modules working in parallel to deliver both primary and secondary Keyphasor signals to other rack modules.
