The ZG520 crawler excavator is configured with heavy-duty reinforced boom, short stick, bucket, widened heavy-duty chassis and optimized box-shaped structure, to accommodate various working environments, even in extremely harsh working conditions.

3. The excavator cab is equipped with an openable roof hatch.

4. The inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder is treated through tumble finishing process to improve the surface roughness and hardness, therefore resulting in a greater wear resistance.

5. The piston rod is chrome and nickel-plated to prevent it get rusted while improving the abrasion resistance.

6. The excavator bucket adopts thickened steel plate, and the bucket teeth are strengthened and lengthened for greater wear resistance.
