Ⅰ. Function

Due to differences in production equipment and varieties among different factories, the production process of cold drawn steel is not entirely the same. But it all includes the following basic process steps: forging head (hammer head, rolling head, rolling tip), acid washing, lubrication, (some steel materials need to be polished before drawing), drawing, heat treatment (billet heat treatment, intermediate annealing, finished product heat treatment), finishing (straightening, cutting or grinding), sorting, and packaging.
