The methods to prevent the swing of work equipment include lowering to the ground; or taking other equivalent measures, such as hydraulic cylinder support, trestle, etc.

.As long as the machine is working, it is prohibited to enter the work area without any protective measures.

.Lift up the mucking loader with the lifting gear to prevent slipping. Check and ensure that all the jacks are in the vertical position.

.The mucking loader lifted up must be supported by an appropriate structure, i.e., crossed stacking batten, square timber or steel truss, etc.

.After being lifted up by the work accessories, the mucking loader shall be stabilized immediately after the support structure is used for lifting. If the equipment is only supported by a built-in hydraulic device, it is strictly prohibited to carry out any work under the mucking loader lifted up.

.Turn off the motor & Power supply before performing any maintenance and repair operations. Of course, if the maintenance or repair work must be done in the case of motor running, this requirement can be ignored in this case.
