Application
These mechanical seals are designed for clean water, sewage water, oil, and other moderately corrosive fluids. Ideal for applications with high or pulsing counterpressure, or with viscous or sticky fluids.

Installation Preparation
- Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
- Shaft run out: <0.1mm
- Shaft end float: <0.13mm
- No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Note: During installation, do not scratch or damage the O-ring. If anything is damaged, please contact us to replace with a new one.
Installation Instructions
- The complete cartridge seal set is cleaned and passed leakage examination before sale. To avoid damage, do not disassemble and clean parts again before installation.
- The fitting allowance between seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Ensure leading-in edge at shaft end. Lubricate shaft with oil.
- Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:
- Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
- Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
- Remove four gauge plates (keep for future installation and disassembly)
- Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and flush seal chamber during pump operation
Note: After complete installation, turn shaft by hand to check rotation. If shaft does not rotate smoothly, seal has been improperly installed.
