Installation Preparation
- Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
- Shaft run out: <0.1mm
- Shaft end float: <0.13mm
- No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Important Note: During installation, do not scratch or damage the O-ring. If any component is damaged, please contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
The complete cartridge seal set is cleaned and thoroughly leak-tested before sale. To avoid damage, do not disassemble and clean parts again before installation.
Fitting Specifications
- Fitting allowance between seal and shaft: dl h6 0.8
- Leading edge required at shaft end
- Outside diameter at screw position: 01 0.2mm smaller to prevent over-tightening
- Lubricate shaft with oil before installation
Installation Steps
- Place cartridge seal into pump chamber
- Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
- Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
- Remove four gauge plates (retain for future installation and disassembly)
- Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and seal chamber during pump operation
Post-Installation Check: After completing installation, turn the shaft by hand to verify smooth rotation. If shaft does not rotate smoothly, the seal has been improperly installed.
