Installation Preparation Requirements
- Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
- Shaft run out: <0.1mm
- Shaft end float: <0.13mm
- No sharp edges on shaft over the O-ring area
Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us immediately for replacement.
Installation Instructions
- Cartridge seals are pre-cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble or clean parts before installation to avoid damage.
- Shaft fitting allowance: dl h6 0.8. Ensure leading edge at shaft end. Lubricate shaft with oil before installation.
- Installation steps:
- A: Tighten four flange screw bolts, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
- B: Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
- C: Remove four gauge plates (retain for future installation/disassembly)
- D: Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and seal chamber during pump operation
Final Check: After installation, turn shaft by hand to verify smooth rotation. If shaft does not rotate smoothly, seal may be improperly installed.
