Product introduction
The TPI Inward Water Drum Filter is one of the preteatment solid separating devices used for small and medium wastewater treatment plants, and a device which can remove solid suspended matter continuously and effectively. In some wastewater treatment, 30% to 60% of the organic and inorganic solid suspended matters will be removed after filtering and reducing greatly the subsequent workload.
Working principle
The AC variable speed motor drives the screen drum through the reducer, and the sewage passes through the inlet valve to the inlet tank, and rises to the filtration water level through the buffered uniform box partition. The clean water is discharged to the bottom of the drum through the screen. Impurities larger than the screen slot and fibrous organic matter are blocked by the screen and rotated to the other side of the drum. The slag is discharged to the slag funnel through the unloader, and the filtered water flows to the outlet tank and is discharged through the drain outlet.
Features and Advantage
1. The equipment is made of stainless steel, featured with corrosion resistance, compact structure, cover an area small, and easy installation with expansion bolt. Do not need groove on the plant. Its inlet and outlet can use pipes.
2. The wire is inverted trapezoidal section, making the slag is not easy to jam on the mesh.
3. Controlled by speed regulation motor, according to the water flow, it can maintain the best working condition.
4. Special spray device can brush away the impurities on the screen surface. After spraying, the screen can achieve the best clearance effect.
