The stainless reaction vessel that we produce is made of high grade stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance. The vessel’s advantages also include high efficiency in thermal exchange, high pressure resistance, minor distortion of jointing, uniformly stirring, low energy consumption, high production, convenience in maintaining, low cost in operation, which may improve the quality of sizing to a great degree. I1) Heating and cooling method
Internal coil is adopted for heating. The cooling of internal and external coil can rapidly raise or lower the temperature of glue in reacttion vessel. The thermal exchange rate can achieve more than 95%.

2) Temperature controlling method
Multiple temperature controlling system is applied, which can precisely measure the temperature in the vessel and properly realize the predetermined reaction curve of temperature, time and pH scale; relevant record is preserved for further reference.

2) Stirring method
 Double speed and spiral propellant stirring facility is adopted, permitting the liquid to stir in two types as fluctuate up and down as well as spinning in circles.
