The hydrocyclone needs pressure feeding, so more power cost, but small footprint, low cost, big processing capacity, hi-efficient clarify. More fine overflow product obtained. It is mainly for classification of second stage mine grinding closed cycle.
Hydrocyclone tank is consisted with a upper hollow cylinder and a lower inverted cone, besides this, a feeding pipe, overflow pipe and sand settling outlet.
