Precautions for Danfoss cycloidal motors
1. Check whether all the components of the hydraulic system are connected correctly before operation, and add the oil to the height through the filter.
2. Start running for 10 to 15 minutes in the no-load state, and exhaust, foam in the tank, noise in the system, and stagnant motor cylinder are proof of air in the system.
3. After removing the air, fill the fuel tank, and then gradually increase the load to the motor until the load, and observe whether there are abnormal phenomena, such as noise, oil rise and oil leakage.
4. Replace the oil once by running for 50 hours, and then replace it according to the maintenance rules.
5. If the motor is not faulty, please do not disassemble it easily.
