MOOG servo valve is composed of permanent magnet torque motor, nozzle, stop plate, valve core, valve sleeve and control neck.When the input coil passes into the current servo valve, the baffle moves to the right, so that the throttling effect of the right nozzle is strengthened, the flow is reduced, and the right back pressure is increased: at the same time, the throttling effect of the left nozzle is reduced, the flow rate is increased, and the left back pressure is decreased.The forces at both ends of the temple forest lose their balance, and the spool moves to the left. High pressure oil flows from S to C2 to the load.The load return oil flows through the C1 return port and into the fuel tank.The displacement of the spool is proportional to the input current of the torque motor, and the liquid pressure acting on the spool is balanced with the spring force, so the differential current of the torque motor is proportional to the displacement of the spool in the equilibrium state. If the input current is reversed, the flow is also reversed.Electro-hydraulic servo valve is mainly used in electro-hydraulic servo automatic control system, its role is to convert low-power electrical signals into high-power hydraulic output, through the hydraulic actuator to complete the automatic control of mechanical equipment.
